How do I contact a provider?
When viewing the listings in your area you will see a space to enter your
parent ID and send it to us. Your information will then be
sent to the provider and they will contact you via telephone or email whichever method
you chose when becoming a member. This method is set in place to allow
a sense of privacy and safety to the providers since the majority of them are
home based.

Why do I need to become a member?
Becoming a member allows you to easily contact providers by simply sending us
your provider ID. Providers will then contact you if they feel they can be accommodating.
This saves you time over contacting providers that may not be able to serve your
needs.

How do I update my profile?
Visit your profile page (the link can be found in your welcome email) and make
any changes you need to there. If you have lost your profile page link you may
contact
customer support to request it.

Is it really free?
Yes. As a parent member you will never be charged to use the service.
