How am I contacted by potential clients?
Parents click on a link in your listing and their request to contact you is sent to Search4Childcare.info.
We then forward their information to you. You can then determine if you can
meet there needs and then contact them via telephone or email (whichever method
the parent has chosen). This method is set in place to allow a sense
of privacy and safety to the providers since the majority of them are home
based.

How can I upgrade my listing?
You can upgrade your listing at anytime by visiting the listing options page
and clicking on the add listing link below its description. If you
are upgrading from a deluxe to a premium listing any unused listing time will be
applied to your renewal or will be used to extend your listing should you choose
not to renew it. To learn more

What are my listing options?
You can choose from a premium listing, deluxe listing, and a basic listing.

How do I add my listing?
To add a listing
click here to visit the add listing page.
Click on the style of listing you wish to have, complete the information form,
make your payment , and that's it! We'll do the rest.

How do I update my listing?
Visit your special listing ID page (link found in your welcome email) and make
any changes you need to there. If you have lost your ID page link you may
contact customer support to request it.

How do I pay for my listing?
After you have completed the listing information form you will be taken to a
page where you can choose your preferred method of payment. You may choose
from PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, a debit card
with a Visa or Master Card logo, or by money order.

What is the one time set up fee?
The one time set up fee helps to cover the cost of
setting up your Provider ID and Password, adding your listing to the site,
processing listing updates you may need, keeping track of referral points, and
also sending parent requests to you.

How can I earn free listing time?
You can earn free time by taking advantage of the referral program.
